Tanya Trinh

Tanya joined the Office of Sustainability in September 2025. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies with a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining the Office of Sustainability, Tanya worked as a policy associate for Conservation Voters of South Carolina, an environmental advocacy non-profit, bringing experience in partner collaboration and project management to the Office of Sustainability team.

The Student Engagement Coordinator supports student-oriented engagement programs that advance the UNC Charlotte campus’s sustainability goals, including events and volunteer activities, as well as measurement of program reach and effectiveness.
